Packages offer ongoing daytime and overnight support with priority booking and preferred package rates. Choose the level of care that best suits your family, with flexibility to use your hours throughout your package period.
DAYTIME NEWBORN CARE
Seed Package - 50 hours
Ideal for families needing occasional daytime support during the newborn/infant stage. Valid for 3 months from start date.
Pay in Full $2,200 | Installments $2,300 total
Root Package - 100 hours
Ideal for families wanting additional daytime support while adjusting to life with a new baby. Valid for 4 months from start date.
Pay in Full $4,500 | Installments $4,700 total
Sprout Package - 200 hours
Ideal for families seeking ongoing daytime care through baby’s first milestones. Valid for 6 months from start date.
Pay in Full $8,100 | Installments $8,500 total
Bloom Package - 300 hours
Ideal for families wanting consistent, longer-term daytime support throughout most of baby’s first year. Valid for 9 months from start date.

HOURLY CARE
Flexible care, when you need it
Hourly care offers families the flexibility to book newborn and infant support without committing to a package. It’s ideal for occasional care, changing schedules, or families who simply need support from time to time.
Daytime Hourly Care – $35/hour 4-hour minimum
Overnight Hourly Care – $45/hour 8-hour minimum
Package care offers the best value for families needing regular, ongoing support, with preferred pricing and priority booking.

Newborn Care Shifts
Supporting Rest, Recovery, and the Connection – One Peaceful Day at a Time
Welcoming a newborn is beautiful-but it’s also exhausting. At Millie and Marin, my newborn care shifts are designed to ease the load, so you can rest, recover, and feel more like yourself.
As a Retired Registered Nurse (BScN) and Newborn Care Specialist, I bring professional, compassionate support for your baby – and for you. Whether you’re navigating your first days home from the hospital, establishing feeding routines, or simply in need of a few days of rest or nights of deep, uninterrupted sleep, I’m here to help.
What’s Included During My Shifts:
- 20+ years of nursing experience – offering knowledageable, professional and nurturing care rooted in a strong healthcare background (please note; no medical procedures or clinical nursing care will be provided)
- Hands-on newborn support (feeding, diapering, soothing, swaddling, burping, etc.)
- Bottle feeding, formula support, and/or lactation support (as needed)
- Safe sleep practices and gentle soothing methods rooted in evidence-based care
- Written documentation so you’re always informed in the morning
- Light baby-related tidying (bottles, pacifiers and pump equipment washed, diaper station restocked, laundry if time allows etc!)
Shift Details
- Availability: Contact for current availability
- Shift Lengths: choose from 4-12 hours
- Start times: Days typically begin between 7:00-9:00 AM and Nights typically begin between 9:00-10 PM
- First-time parents adjusting to the newborn stage
- Families with limited local support
- Parents recovering from birth, including C-section
- Families with older children who need extra rest to keep up
- Parents returning to work soon and needing restorative sleep
- Families needing feeding or sleep guidance
Your First Shift With Me
Before our first shift together, we’ll connect to ensure I fully understand your baby’s needs, feeding preferences, household routines, and any questions you may have. I’ll arrive quietly and begin caring for your baby while you take care of yourself. I provide a gentle, calm presence, always prioritizing your baby’s safety and your peace of mind.
